The locations closing are in Oakley, Dublin, Livermore, Durant Square in Oakland, Albany, Berkeley, Dixon, and Vallejo. We have had to make a difficult decision for economic reasons, said Mike Keenan, president and CEO of Goodwill Industries of the Greater East Bay.
